Wednesday Morning Bible Study

First United Methodist Church offers a weekday morning Bible Study, led by Pastor Steve on Wednesday mornings from 10:00 am - 11:00 am.  This study is open to all and we have a hybrid model where participants can join in person or online via zoom. We will resume our study of the Book of Acts in September 2023.

Online Study

It is God’s desire to be here with us…to partner and work in and through us to help one another better recognize that reality…how do we respond to that? Much more than a children’s story, the scroll of Jonah is a picture of all the beauty, potential, and challenges the Bible presents to its readers.

If you want to better understand the Bible, Christianity, or even just yourself; yet don’t have the time or ability to attend meetings, this may be an alternative opportunity for you. It’s been said, give someone a fish and they are fed for a day; teach them to fish and they can be fed for a lifetime. Learn how to fish with Dr. Tim Mackie in the BibleProject Classroom. Acquire the skills and tools to continue to feed on scripture throughout a lifetime of meditation in this self-paced series of short video lessons to explore the depths of the Bible as you read the scroll of Jonah. We will start this self-paced study on September 11.
